On the way to the 19th century station, two comic characters visited the passengers on the train and gave their humouristic interpretations of the crucial events of 2009. Passengers listened to the music of the accordeon and were offered fresh bread-rolls. After arriving to the station, everyone gathered to the back-yard of the station and burned straw ox - the symbol of 2009. The ox burned, guests came inside the station, raised glasses of champagne for better forthcoming years, tasted homemade sweets, dried plums, best Lithuanian cheeses, coffee and biscuits, listened to the best songs of the 1930's, sang along and danced.
