We also offer new, non-traditional conference places: 1. Conference on wheels Conference may be arranged in a passenger carriage with seating capacity of 30 persons. It is for those who seek originality. 2. Conference in a monastery Seating capacity of 60 persons, coffee breaks and meals and romantic cultural program could be arranged to your liking. 3. Conference in the 19th century Surdegis Railway Station Another non-traditional conference place with seeting capacity of up to 50 persons. On request, we arrange evening parties, cofee brakes, cultural programmes. We can provide technical equipment. International conference, organized by Panevėžys County gocernor's administration Siaurukas - alive cultural heritage and possibilities of regional development. The conference was devoted for regional development and the possibilities to develop tourism and investment making use of the opportunities of the narrow gauge railway. -

Members of the conference took a trip to Troškūnai monastery where plenary meeting took place.

Gueasts of forum of the firefighters of the Baltic states visited in the narrow gauge railway in Lithuania. In 26, 27 July, the 30th championship of the Baltic states' firefighters. the leaders of the forum delegations took a trip to a 19th c. Surdegis Station. -
Conference of Lithuanian partners in the INTEREG IIIB project Rail Baltica took place on the narrow gauge railway on 6 December, 2007. The main purpose of the project is to determine the most convenient rail line in the development zone of the Rail Baltica. -
On 22 February, 2010, a conference of the interregional cooperation project LLI-050 Joint water- based tourism offering in Latgale region and Utena County. The conference was arranged by Utena County Governor‘s Administration. One part of the conference was a trip on the narrow gauge railway, during which participants of the event not only heard about the history and the tourist programmes on the narrow gauge railway but also learned about the water tourism possibilities, offered by the water bodies, located near the narrow gauge railway.
